About Shrut Sakha

Born from a simple promise — to listen, deeply.

Shrut Sakha is derived from Sanskrit, where “Shrut” means to listen and “Sakha” means a friend. As the name suggests, Shrut Sakha is a dedicated listening and guidance platform for men.

Our Vision

At ShrutSakha, our vision is to build a society where emotional well-being is treated with the same importance as physical health, and where seeking support is seen as a sign of awareness, not weakness. We aspire to create a safe, compassionate, and judgment-free space especially for men, who are often conditioned to silence their emotions, while also extending care and guidance to individuals, couples, children, and families from all walks of life.
We envision a future where conversations replace suppression, understanding replaces stigma, and healing becomes accessible to everyone regardless of age, gender, or background.

Our Mission

Our mission at ShrutSakha is to provide accessible, confidential, and empathetic counseling services that help individuals navigate emotional, relational, and psychological challenges with clarity and strength. We are committed to: Supporting men in expressing and understanding their emotional struggles in a healthy and dignified way. Providing professional counseling for couples, families, children, and individuals facing personal or interpersonal difficulties. Creating awareness around mental health, emotional resilience, and healthy relationships. Offering both online and offline counseling support through a safe and user-friendly platform. Building a compassionate community where people feel heard, respected, and supported without judgment. At ShrutSakha, we believe healing begins when silence finds understanding.

Core Ethics

Confidentiality first. Consent always. Cultural humility, scientific rigor, and unwavering respect for every person who walks through our door.

Introduction

A small idea that grew quietly, like a tree.

Shrut Sakha is derived from Sanskrit, where “Shrut” means to listen and “Sakha” means a friend. As the name suggests, Shrut Sakha is a dedicated listening and guidance platform for men. At ShrutSakha, we believe that every individual deserves a space where they can speak without fear, be heard without judgment, and heal without shame. In a world where emotional struggles are often hidden behind silence, pressure, and expectations, ShrutSakha stands as a compassionate companion for those seeking clarity, balance, and emotional well-being.

Specializing in men’s counseling, we understand that many men are taught to suppress emotions rather than express them. Stress, anger, loneliness, relationship struggles, emotional numbness, and inner conflict often remain unspoken for years. We believe that Mard ko bhi Dard hota hai . At ShrutSakha, we create a safe and respectful environment where those silent battles can finally find understanding and support.
Alongside men’s mental health, we also provide counseling and therapeutic guidance for couples, individuals, children, adolescents, families and corporates facing emotional, relational, or psychological challenges. Our approach combines empathy, confidentiality, professional guidance, and human connection to help people navigate life with greater clarity and strength.
Whether you are looking for therapy, emotional guidance, relationship support, or simply someone who truly listens, ShrutSakha is here to walk beside you through every step of your healing journey.
Listening Beyond Words.
