Yes, completely. All sessions are protected by professional confidentiality standards under the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI). Your therapist will never share what you discuss without your explicit written consent — except in rare, legally defined situations involving immediate risk to life.

We believe cost should never be a barrier to mental health care. We offer sliding-scale fees based on income, pro-bono sessions for those in financial hardship, and free community support groups. Please reach out and we'll find a way to support you.

Absolutely, without question. The therapeutic relationship is central to healing. If you'd like to work with a different therapist, simply email us or use your dashboard — no explanation needed, no awkwardness.

Your first session (30 minutes, free) is a gentle, conversational assessment. Your therapist will listen to what brings you in, answer your questions, and together you'll decide whether and how to proceed. No forms to fill, no tests — just a real conversation.

Research consistently shows that online therapy is equally effective as in-person for most conditions including anxiety, depression and relationship issues. Some clients actually prefer the comfort and privacy of attending from home.

If you're struggling — with your thoughts, emotions, relationships or daily functioning — therapy can help, regardless of how "serious" you think your problems are. You don't need to be in crisis to benefit from support. Many people come simply to understand themselves better.

Yes. We have specialist child and adolescent therapists trained in play therapy, art therapy and talk therapy for ages 5–18. A parent or guardian's consent is required for under-18s, and we offer parent coaching sessions alongside.

Life happens. You can cancel or reschedule without charge up to 24 hours before your session. For last-minute cancellations, please let us know as soon as possible — we'll always try to accommodate you.
