Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective date: 1 January 2025 · We aim to be fair and transparent.

How to Request a Refund

Email billing@srutashakha.in with your booking reference number and reason. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. UPI and bank transfers typically process faster than card refunds.

Emergency Cancellations

We understand life is unpredictable. If you need to cancel at short notice due to a personal or medical emergency, please contact us. We review these on a case-by-case basis and always try to be accommodating. Providing a brief explanation helps us process your request more quickly.

Prepaid Package Refunds

If you have purchased a package of multiple sessions, unused sessions may be refunded at the per-session rate minus a 10% administrative charge, provided the request is made within 90 days of purchase. Expired packages are not eligible for refund.

Disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us within 30 days at billing@srutashakha.in. We will investigate and respond within 5 business days. We do not encourage chargebacks — please speak with us first; we genuinely want to resolve issues fairly.

Sliding-Scale Clients

Clients on sliding-scale arrangements should contact their therapist or our admin team directly regarding cancellations and rescheduling — different terms may apply based on your agreement.
